Booking conditions
- Reservation of pitches and accommodations as described in the price list;
- If you arrive after 5:00 pm, please contact the reception on 00352 878078. If we do not hear from you, we have the right to assign your pitch or accommodation to someone else;
- An invoice will be sent to you with the confirmation of the reservation (by e-mail or by post), in which we will ask you to pay the invoice. You will then receive a confirmation of payment by e-mail;
- If you do not pay your invoice within the specified time, we have the right to cancel your pitch or accommodation;
- In case of cancellation, early departure or late arrival, we will not refund your payment. We advise you to contact your cancellation and/or travel insurance;
- If, 10 days before your arrival, a negative travel warning (code red) has been issued for the region in which the campsite is located, we will contact you. You will also receive a voucher for the value of your deposit. We do not give money back;
- The reservation cannot be transferred to a third party;
- We advise you to take out cancellation insurance, for example with ANWB or Recron ;
- We try to take into account the wishes and preferences of our guests as much as possible. A transmitted pitch number is always subject to reservation (only in exceptional cases and you will be informed);
- Camping: the pitch can be occupied from 1 pm onwards and must be vacated and left clean by 11 am on departure;
- Rental accommodation: the accommodation you have rented is at your disposal from 4 pm onwards. On the day of your departure, you must leave the accommodation tidy and clean before 10:00 am;
- If you do not wish to clean the accommodation yourself, we will charge you a cleaning fee of 100 €. On arrival, you pay a deposit of 100 € in cash.
